We recently bought a new home on Hilton Head Island and could not have been happier with Seth Tilton as our realtor. My wife and I are new young professionals to the island. Hilton Head is a very unique place and if you are not familiar with the infrastructure, it can be confusing, so Seth educated us on plantation living as well as the available possibilities off-plantation. Having a realtor like Seth who has such an in depth knowledge of the area is key. My wife and I received email updates on available properties daily from a personalized ERA database which Seth set up, many of the properties displaying a "virtual tour" that Seth has personally developed. We made lists of homes we wanted to visit and Seth promptly set up the showings. Interestingly though, Seth had a great ability to listen to the desires and concerns of both me and my wife and was able to show us a few properties that were not "on our radar," one of which we fell in love with and ended up buying! Seth definitely works tirelessly for his clients, returning calls, text messages, and emails promptly, a majority of the time immediately. He also is extremely well connected on Hilton Head and has been instrumental in making sure our transition to the island is as smooth as possible.
